Holy Baptism

All Baptisms are arranged through consultation with the Pastor.

Baptism takes place during worship on Sunday mornings, chosen in consultation with the pastor.

Baptism is a sacrament ordained by Christ, a sign of God’s grace and a pledge of our faith.

Through baptism we are initiated into the fellowship of the church.

There are several valid modes of baptism–sprinkling, pouring, and immersion.

We practice baptism of infants and children, as well as adults, for it is God, not we, who takes the initiative in bringing us to faith.
